Today was a big day. Today was THE big day, in fact. It is D-day....time to go to my new home. My new Mom told my birth Mom that she would be taking me to my new house in the afternoon, so it would be a good morning to come and visit me. And, my new Mom told Devona, the director of Cradle of Love Baby home that if my birth Mom came to visit me....to call her immediately so she could come to take some photos of us together. So....first thing in the morning, my new Mom got the call....she
raced out of work and drove to CoL and took these great photos of my birth Mom and me. It was a little confusing for me....but I'm really going to be glad that I have these photos later! Thanks to both my Moms for a fun morning!! I know it was really hard on my birth Mom as she is still in the hospital so came just for this occasion and after we all spent some time together, my new Mom drove my birth
Mom back to the hospital. While she was visiting me, my birth Mom had to spend most of the visit lying down on a bed with me...she really wasn't feeling well. But, she still loved me enough to make the trip. I am a pretty lucky boy!
